How it works
Waves 21 uses cryolipolysis to safely freeze fat cells, breaking down their walls so the body can naturally eliminate their contents. Unlike some fat freezing methods that rely on suction cups, this technique covers a larger area, making it suitable for a wider range of body parts, including bonier areas. Violet LED light is used alongside the cold treatment to help relax nerves and muscles.
The treatment also incorporates metameric stimulation, a technique using gentle electro stimulation on specific muscle groups linked to different areas of the body via the nervous system, similar in principle to reflexology. Depending on the area being treated, this may include stimulation linked to the thyroid, intestines, liver, heart or kidneys, working alongside the fat freezing for enhanced results.

I have had a couple of fat freezing sessions with Eliza and the results have, genuinely, been life changing!
