Booking & Cancellation Terms

Last updated: September 2026

These Booking & Cancellation Terms apply to appointments booked with Town House Face & Body Clinic ("Town House", "we", "us" or "our"). By making an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking appointments

Appointments may be booked through our website, Vagaro or by telephone. An appointment is confirmed once the booking has been accepted and, where applicable, any required deposit or payment has been made.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone an appointment where a treatment is not considered appropriate or safe.

2. Consultations and treatment suitability

Certain treatments may require a consultation before treatment. A consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be recommended or carried out.

Your practitioner may decide that a treatment is unsuitable, should be postponed or that an alternative treatment would be more appropriate. This may be due to your medical history, medication, skin condition, previous treatment, contraindications, treatment expectations or other clinical considerations.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, you may reschedule your appointment without a cancellation charge, subject to availability. Where less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or if you do not attend your appointment, a cancellation or no-show charge may apply. The applicable charge will be communicated to you at the time of booking or before your appointment is confirmed.

4. Late arrival

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if your lateness means there is insufficient time to safely or appropriately provide your treatment, your appointment may need to be shortened, altered or rescheduled.

A late cancellation charge may apply where an appointment cannot proceed because of late arrival.

5. Deposits and payments

Where a deposit or advance payment is required, this will be explained at the time of booking. Deposits may be applied towards the cost of your treatment.
Where an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice, any applicable cancellation charge may be deducted from the deposit or payment already made. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have.

6. Treatment packages and memberships

Where Town House offers treatment packages, memberships or courses, the specific terms applying to that package or membership will be provided at the time of purchase. Package or membership benefits may be subject to availability, treatment suitability and any stated expiry or usage conditions.

Packages and memberships are not transferable unless Town House has expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers may be subject to specific terms, including an expiry date. The applicable terms will be provided when the voucher is purchased. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be considered in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. Where a treatment has already been provided, we cannot guarantee a refund simply because you are unhappy with the aesthetic outcome, particularly where the treatment was provided appropriately and in accordance with the agreed treatment plan.

However, if you have concerns about your treatment or its outcome, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and discuss appropriate next steps. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Treatment results

Aesthetic treatments produce individual results and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Your practitioner will discuss realistic expectations with you before treatment. Photographs or examples of other clients' results should not be interpreted as a guarantee of the result you will achieve.

10. Medical information

You must provide accurate and complete information about your health, medication, allergies, previous treatments and any other information relevant to your treatment. You should tell us if anything changes between your consultation and treatment.

Failure to provide relevant information may affect your suitability for treatment and the safety of the procedure.

11. Aftercare and complications

You will be given appropriate aftercare information following treatment. You should follow the aftercare instructions provided and contact Town House promptly if you experience unexpected or concerning symptoms.

In an emergency, seek appropriate urgent medical attention.

12. Our right to cancel

We may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to practitioner illness, unforeseen circumstances, clinical concerns, equipment issues or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where we cancel an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and offer an alternative appointment where possible.

Where appropriate, any payment made for a treatment that has not been provided will be refunded.

13. Statutory rights

Nothing in these Booking & Cancellation Terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where you have a legal right to a refund, cancellation or other remedy, that right will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Booking & Cancellation Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your booking will generally be the version in force when you make your appointment, unless a change is required by law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
