Payment Plans Terms and Conditions:

Agreement: By entering into a payment plan with Town House The Face & Body Clinic, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Payments: You are required to make payments as per the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.
  • Payment Methods: We accept card or cash for your first payment in clinic. Subscription payments will need to be set up via Direct Debit with GoCardless. Your next payment will come out one month after your treatment date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your payment plan at any time. If any monies are owed due to services already received, you will need to make this payment first.
  • Refunds: Should you wish to cancel your subscription and be in credit, refunds will be given at the discretion of the clinic. Only you can use your subscription. It cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Service Delivery: The delivery schedule of services will be as per your agreement. Timely payments are necessary to ensure the delivery as per the schedule. All treatments must be taken within the year specified.

Privacy: Your personal and financial information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the payment plan.
